About the Role

As an Associate Professor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic and research direction of the department. Your core duties will include:

• Delivering high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Business Administration.
• Supervising undergraduate research projects and postgraduate theses at the Master's and PhD levels.
• Conducting impactful, peer-reviewed research and publishing in reputable local and international journals.
• Providing visionary academic leadership, mentoring junior faculty members, and contributing to curriculum development.
• Participating actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees, as well as community service initiatives.

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for this prestigious academic position:

• Must possess a PhD Degree in Business Administration or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of cognate university teaching, research, and administrative experience.
• A strong, demonstrable record of peer-reviewed academic publications in high-impact journals.
• Proven capacity and experience in postgraduate teaching, supervision, and academic leadership.
• Demonstrated proficiency in ICT-enabled teaching and learning methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills aligned with the Christian values of the university.
