Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, practical training, and tutorials in Vocational Education to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Conduct high-impact academic research and publish findings in peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and institutional committees.
- Supervise student research projects, industrial attachments, and academic dissertations.
- Engage in community service and foster linkages with industry stakeholders to enhance practical learning.
- Contribute to the presentation of conference and seminar papers relevant to technical and vocational education.
- Doctorate degree in Vocational Education or a closely relevant discipline, accompanied by three (3) conference or seminar papers and three (3) published journal articles.
- Alternatively, a Master's degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of three (3) years of teaching, research, or relevant industrial experience, plus three (3) conference/seminar papers and three (3) published journal articles.
- Serving Lecturer III staff with a Master's degree who have completed at least three (3) years of satisfactory service, with two (2) conference/seminar papers and two (2) published journal articles.
