Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical laboratory sessions in Veterinary Physiology and Biochemistry.
- Design, update, and evaluate undergraduate and postgraduate curricula to meet national and international standards.
- Supervise undergraduate research projects, student dissertations, and academic field training.
- Conduct high-impact research, publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals, and secure institutional grants.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students to support their personal and professional growth.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committee meetings and administrative duties.
- Possession of a Ph.D. degree in Veterinary Physiology, Veterinary Biochemistry, or a closely related relevant field from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Alternatively, candidates with a Master's degree plus at least two (2) journal publications and a minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification teaching and research experience at the university level will be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to produce peer-reviewed academic publications and engage in collaborative research.
