Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive software engineering lectures and practical sessions aligned with international standards
- Develop and refine curriculum content incorporating emerging technologies and industry best practices
- Mentor and supervise student projects, capstone works, and research initiatives
- Conduct scholarly research and contribute to peer-reviewed academic publications
- Participate in departmental committees and institutional development programs
- Engage in academic consultation and professional service to the university community
- Ph.D. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline; OR Master's degree in relevant discipline with minimum 3 scholarly journal publications
- Minimum 3 years teaching experience in a recognized tertiary institution
- Demonstrated expertise in software engineering principles, design patterns, and development methodologies
