Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, practical laboratory sessions, and tutorials for undergraduate students in Science Laboratory Technology.
- Design, update, and implement comprehensive course curricula in line with national educational standards and industry needs.
- Conduct high-quality academic research and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals to contribute to institutional growth.
- Supervise student research projects, industrial attachments, and academic activities.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, committee works, and college community service.
- Assess student performance through examinations, continuous assessments, and practical evaluations.
- Doctorate degree in Science Laboratory Technology or a closely relevant discipline, supported by three (3) conference or seminar papers and three (3) published journal articles.
- Alternatively, a Master's degree in a relevant discipline with at least three (3) years of teaching, research, or relevant industrial experience, alongside three (3) conference or seminar papers and three (3) published journal articles.
- Serving Lecturer III candidates with a Master's degree who have completed at least three (3) years of satisfactory service, plus two (2) conference/seminar papers and two (2) published journal articles are also eligible.
