Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures, seminars, and tutorials in the field of religious studies.
- Conduct high-quality academic research and publish findings in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects and dissertations.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and faculty committees.
- Mentor students and provide academic counseling to support their educational and professional growth.
- Engage in community service and institutional development initiatives on behalf of the university.
- Possession of a First Degree with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division, or a Second-Class Lower Division combined with a PhD.
- A PhD or Master Degree in Religions or a closely related academic discipline.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- Must have at least three (3) peer-reviewed journal publications in recognized academic outlets.
- Demonstrated proficiency in academic writing, public speaking, and modern pedagogical techniques.
