Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures and practical instruction in Railway Engineering to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Develop and update curriculum content in line with current industry standards and technological advancements.
- Conduct high-quality research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and present papers at academic conferences.
- Supervise student projects, research dissertations, and academic field training.
- Participate in departmental administration, student mentoring, and college committee activities.
- Engage in community service and industry partnerships to foster practical learning and institutional growth.
- Doctorate degree in Railway Engineering or a closely related discipline, supported by three (3) conference/seminar papers and three (3) published journal articles.
- Alternatively, a Master's degree in a relevant discipline with at least three (3) years of teaching, research, or industrial experience, plus three (3) conference/seminar papers and three (3) published journal articles.
- Serving Lecturer III candidates must possess a relevant Master's degree, three (3) years of satisfactory service, two (2) conference papers, and two (2) published journal articles.
