Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students in public health.
- Design, update, and develop comprehensive curriculum materials in alignment with NUC standards and global best practices.
- Conduct high-impact research, publish findings in peer-reviewed journals, and contribute to the academic reputation of the university.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, dissertations, and academic fieldworks.
- Provide academic advising, mentorship, and career guidance to students to support their holistic development.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees, administrative duties, and community engagement initiatives.
- Must hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Public Health or a closely related relevant discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Demonstrated teaching experience at the tertiary education level will be an added advantage.
- A proven track record of academic publications in reputable peer-reviewed local and international journals.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse student bodies.
- Proficiency in utilizing modern educational technology and learning management systems for effective content delivery.
