Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in Procurement Management and related courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, dissertations, and academic theses.
- Conduct high-impact research, publish findings in peer-reviewed national and international academic journals, and contribute to institutional research goals.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, student academic advising, and quality assurance processes.
- Engage in community service and institutional development initiatives on behalf of the university.
- Possession of a Ph.D. degree in Procurement Management, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related relevant field from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Alternatively, candidates with a Master's degree plus at least two (2) journal publications and a minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification teaching and research experience at a university level will be considered.
- Demonstrated evidence of scholarly publications in reputable peer-reviewed academic journals.
