Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH), Nigeria's premier higher institution, invites applications from suitably qualified and dedicated academics for the position of Lecturer II in Printing Technology within the School of Arts, Design and Printing. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, practical training, and tutorials in Printing Technology for National Diploma and Higher National Diploma students.
- Supervise student projects, industrial attachments, and research activities.
- Develop and update curriculum materials in line with current industry standards and technological advancements.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Participate in departmental, school, and college-wide committee meetings and administrative duties.
- Engage in community service and foster linkages with the printing and publishing industry.
- Doctorate degree in Printing Technology or a closely relevant discipline, accompanied by three (3) conference/seminar papers and three (3) published journal articles.
- Alternatively, a Master's degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of three (3) years of teaching, research, or relevant industrial experience, plus three (3) conference/seminar papers and three (3) published journal articles.
- Serving Lecturer III candidates holding a relevant Master's degree with at least three (3) years of satisfactory service, two (2) conference/seminar papers, and two (2) published journal articles are also eligible.
