Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical education to undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Conduct original research and contribute to advancing pharmaceutical knowledge
- Supervise postgraduate dissertations and research projects
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to faculty leadership initiatives
- Engage in professional community services and industry partnerships
- Present findings at conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Master's Degree (M.Pharm. or M.Sc.) in Pharmacy or related field
- Minimum 3-6 years of post-PharmD teaching and research experience
- Demonstrated record of scholarly publications in reputable journals
- Proven experience in postgraduate supervision and academic mentorship
- Active membership in relevant professional bodies (preferred)
