Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical tutorials in Petroleum Information Management and related courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, dissertations, and academic field activities.
- Conduct high-impact, peer-reviewed research and publish findings in reputable local and international academic journals.
- Contribute to curriculum development, course updates, and academic program evaluations within the department.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees, administrative duties, and community service initiatives.
- Mentor students academically, professionally, and ethically to foster holistic student development.
- Possession of a Ph.D. degree in Petroleum Information Management or a closely related relevant field from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Alternatively, candidates with a Master's degree plus at least two (2) peer-reviewed journal publications and a minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification teaching and research experience at the university level may apply.
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing specialized petroleum and data management software tools.
