Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Petroleum Engineering courses.
  • Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and industrial training programs.
  • Conduct high-impact research and publish findings in peer-reviewed national and international journals.
  • Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and academic committee assignments.
  • Mentor students and provide academic guidance to foster their professional growth.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a First Degree with a minimum of a Second Class Upper Division in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Alternatively, a Second Class Lower Division First Degree coupled with a PhD in Petroleum Engineering.
  • Must hold a PhD or Master's degree with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant teaching and research experience.
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) peer-reviewed academic publications in reputable journals.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach, inspire, and mentor university students.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
