About the Role
Mewar International University (MIU) Nigeria, the first Indian university established on the African continent, is seeking a passionate and qualified Lecturer II in Microbiology to join our esteemed faculty. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, practical laboratory sessions, and seminars to undergraduate students in Microbiology.
- Develop and update course curricula in alignment with NUC guidelines and industry standards.
- Supervise undergraduate research projects and provide academic mentoring to students.
- Conduct high-quality academic research and publish findings in reputable scholarly journals.
- Participate in departmental meetings, university committees, and community engagement initiatives.
- Candidate must possess a Ph.D. in Microbiology or a directly relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Alternatively, candidates with a Master's degree in Microbiology or a relevant discipline, supported by a minimum of 3 scholarly journal publications and at least 3 years of teaching experience in a recognized tertiary institution, will be considered.
