Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) students in Leisure & Tourism Management Technology.
- Supervise student research projects, industrial attachments, and academic activities.
- Develop and update curriculum materials, course outlines, and instructional modules in line with industry standards.
- Conduct impactful research and publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in departmental, school, and college committees, academic administration, and community service initiatives.
- Doctorate degree in a relevant discipline, accompanied by at least three (3) conference or seminar papers and three (3) published journal articles.
- Alternatively, a Master's degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of three (3) years of teaching, research, or relevant industrial experience, plus three (3) conference papers and three (3) published journal articles.
- Serving Lecturer III candidates holding a Master's degree with at least three (3) years of satisfactory service, two (2) conference papers, and two (2) published journal articles are also eligible.
