Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH), Nigeria's premier higher institution, is seeking a dedicated and qualified Lecturer II in Industrial and Technical Education to join its esteemed School of Technical Education. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures and practical training in Industrial and Technical Education to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Supervise student projects, research works, and industrial training attachments.
- Conduct high-impact academic research and publish articles in peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Participate actively in departmental, school, and college-wide committee meetings and administrative duties.
- Engage in curriculum development and foster linkages with industry partners to enhance practical learning.
- Present research papers at academic conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- Doctorate degree in Industrial and Technical Education or a closely relevant discipline, complemented by at least three (3) conference papers and three (3) published journal articles.
- Alternatively, a Master's degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of three (3) years of teaching, research, or relevant industrial experience, alongside three (3) conference papers and three (3) published journal articles.
- Serving Lecturer III candidates holding a Master's degree with at least three (3) years of satisfactory service, two (2) conference papers, and two (2) published journal articles are also eligible.
