We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to join our academic team as a Lecturer II in Estate Management.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate lectures, seminars, and practical tutorials in Estate Management and related courses.
- Conduct high-impact academic research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Mentor and advise students on academic progression, professional ethics, and career development.
- Participate in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees as assigned by management.
- Contribute to curriculum development and the integration of modern digital tools in teaching and learning.
- Ph.D. degree in Estate Management or a closely related discipline from a reputable university.
- Alternatively, holders of a Master's degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification, full-time teaching experience are eligible to apply.
- Strong evidence of academic publications will serve as a distinct added advantage.
