Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language and literature lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and uphold the high standards of discipline expected at Adonville School.
- Participate in school extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and developmental milestones.
- Possession of an NCE, HND, B.Ed, B.Sc, or B.A in English Language, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching English within a structured school environment is an advantage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage young learners and teenagers alike.
- Strict residency requirement: Only candidates residing within Baruwa, Ipaja, Ayobo, Egbeda, and its immediate environs need apply.
