Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Entrepreneurial Studies.
- Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and academic mentorship.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in curriculum development and departmental committee activities.
- Engage in community service and institutional advancement initiatives.
- Possession of a Ph.D. degree in Entrepreneurial Studies or a closely related relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Alternatively, a Master's degree plus at least two (2) journal publications.
- A minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification teaching and research experience at the university level.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire students and contribute to the academic profile of the university.
