Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, practical training, and tutorials in Crop Production Technology to National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) students.
- Conduct high-impact research in agriculture and publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Supervise student research projects, industrial attachments, and practical fieldwork activities.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and college-wide academic committees.
- Contribute to community service initiatives and foster linkages with agricultural industries and commerce.
- A Doctorate degree in Crop Production Technology or a directly relevant agricultural discipline, supported by at least three (3) conference or seminar papers and three (3) published journal articles.
- Alternatively, a Master's degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of three (3) years of teaching, research, or relevant industrial experience, alongside three (3) conference papers and three (3) published journal articles.
- Serving Lecturer III candidates holding a relevant Master's degree with at least three (3) years of satisfactory service, two (2) conference papers, and two (2) published journal articles are also eligible to apply.
