Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students in Business Education.
  • Design, update, and evaluate curriculum courses in line with National Universities Commission (NUC) standards and modern educational practices.
  • Conduct high-quality research and publish scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
  • Supervise undergraduate research projects, dissertations, and student industrial work experience.
  • Participate in departmental, faculty, and university-wide administrative duties and committee work.
  • Mentor and advise students on academic progression, career choices, and professional development.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a PhD, or a Master’s degree coupled with a minimum of three (3) years of tertiary teaching experience.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) peer-reviewed academic publications.
  • A First Degree with not less than a Second-Class Upper Division; or a Second-Class Lower Division combined with a completed PhD.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Business Education, accounting, office technology, or related vocational fields.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
