About the Role
Vision University, a newly established, private, faith-based institution in Ikogbo Town, Ogun State, Nigeria, is seeking a dedicated and passionate professional for the position of Lecturer II in Business Administration. Licensed by the National Universities Commission (NUC) in 2023 and mentored by Lagos State University (LASU), our institution is committed to academic excellence, moral integrity, and producing industry-ready graduates. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate lectures, seminars, and tutorials in various areas of Business Administration.
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and curriculum content in line with NUC guidelines.
- Assess student performance through examinations, quizzes, assignments, and practical projects.
- Provide academic advising, mentoring, and career guidance to undergraduate students.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in department, faculty, and university committee meetings and institutional events.
- Assist in department accreditation exercises and quality assurance initiatives under LASU mentorship.
- Must possess a Ph.D. degree in Business Administration or a closely related discipline from a reputable university.
- Alternatively, holders of a Master's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification full-time teaching experience in a tertiary institution are eligible to apply.
- Evidence of academic publications in recognized journals will be a distinct added advantage.
