Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Business Administration and related management courses.
- Conduct high-impact academic research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate student research projects, dissertations, and academic papers.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental administration, and academic committee assignments.
- Mentor and advise students on academic progression, career choices, and professional development.
- Leverage Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to enhance teaching delivery, student engagement, and remote learning initiatives.
- Must possess a valid PhD Degree in Business Administration or a closely related relevant field from a recognized university.
- Requires a minimum of two (2) years of post-qualification teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- Demonstrated track record of scholarly publications in reputable local and international academic journals.
- Proficiency in ICT with demonstrable competence in digital learning platforms and academic software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills suited for an academic community.
- Competitive remuneration structured on the KDUTSS 03 scale, aligned with Federal University salary standards.
