About the Role
Prime University, Abuja is a newly established private university in the Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria, dedicated to providing world-class teaching, research, and community service with a focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology-driven learning. We are currently seeking a dynamic and qualified Lecturer II in Business Administration to join our vibrant Faculty of Social and Management Science.
Key Responsibilities- Teach assigned undergraduate courses in Business Administration and related management disciplines.
- Participate actively in academic research and publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Assist with student mentorship, academic advising, and undergraduate project supervision.
- Prepare comprehensive course materials, syllabi, tests, quizzes, and examinations.
- Participate in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees and academic activities.
- Foster industry partnerships and contribute to curriculum development initiatives.
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution with at least 3 years of teaching or professional experience, or a PhD.
- Possession of a PhD or evidence of ongoing doctoral research will be a distinct added advantage.
- Demonstrated evidence of academic and research potential.
- Strong working knowledge of contemporary Business Administration principles and practices.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ICT tools for modern teaching, e-learning, and academic research.
- Must currently reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate prior to resumption.
