About the Role
Mewar International University (MIU) Nigeria, the first Indian university established on the African continent, is located in Masaka, Nasarawa State, along the Abuja corridor. We are currently seeking a dynamic and qualified Lecturer II in Anatomy to join our esteemed faculty and help shape the next generation of healthcare and science professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in Anatomy to undergraduate students.
- Develop and update course curricula, teaching materials, and assessment methods in line with NUC standards.
- Supervise student research projects, laboratory work, and academic counseling.
- Conduct high-quality academic research and publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in departmental meetings, university committees, and community service initiatives.
- Must possess a Ph.D. in Anatomy or a directly relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Alternatively, candidates with a Master's degree in a relevant discipline, a minimum of 3 scholarly journal publications, and at least 3 years of teaching experience in a recognized tertiary institution will be considered.
