Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in various areas of Accounting in accordance with university standards.
- Conduct high-impact academic research and publish scholarly articles in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise undergraduate student research projects, academic assignments, and field practicals.
- Participate in student academic advising, mentoring, and career guidance.
- Contribute to curriculum development, department meetings, and administrative duties assigned by the Head of Department.
- Leverage Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools to enhance pedagogical delivery and student engagement.
- Must possess a PhD degree in Accounting or a directly relevant field from a recognized and accredited university.
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years of post-qualification teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- Demonstrated record of scholarly publications in reputable national and international journals.
- Proficiency in ICT with demonstrable competence in digital teaching platforms and data analysis software.
- Competitive remuneration package based on the KDUTSS 03 salary structure, comparable to Federal Universities in Nigeria.
