We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced academic professional to join our dynamic faculty as a Lecturer I in Quantity Surveying.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical training in Quantity Surveying to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
  • Develop and update course curricula, syllabi, and teaching materials in line with National Universities Commission (NUC) standards.
  • Supervise undergraduate research projects, dissertations, and industrial training attachments.
  • Conduct impactful academic research and publish scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
  • Participate in departmental administration, academic advising, and university committee assignments.
  • Foster a godly, disciplined, and intellectually stimulating learning environment for students.
Qualifications
  • Must possess a Ph.D. degree in Quantity Surveying or a closely related field from a reputable recognized university.
  • A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
  • Demonstrated evidence of scholarly publications in reputable local and international academic journals.
  • Professional registration with relevant bodies such as the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) and QSRBN is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and student-mentoring skills.
