Fountain University, owned by the Nasrul-Lahi-Il-Fatih Society of Nigeria (NASFAT), invites applications from qualified and passionate academics for the position of Lecturer I in Public Health. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in Public Health to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Develop and update curriculum materials, course outlines, and innovative teaching methodologies.
- Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and academic field placements.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Provide academic counseling, mentorship, and career guidance to students.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees and community service initiatives.
- Must possess a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Public Health or a closely related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- Must have served as a Lecturer II for at least two (2) years.
- A strong publication record with a minimum of seven (7) peer-reviewed academic publications.
