Fountain University, established by NASFAT, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Lecturer I in the Department of Political Science. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Political Science.
- Develop and update curriculum materials in line with global academic standards.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects and dissertations.
- Conduct high-impact academic research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Provide academic advising, mentorship, and career guidance to students.
- Participate actively in departmental, college, and university committee assignments.
- Engage in community service and institutional advancement initiatives.
- Must possess a PhD in Political Science or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- Must have served as a Lecturer II for at least 2 years.
- Evidence of a minimum of 7 scholarly publications in peer-reviewed journals.
