Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratory sessions for undergraduate students in Medical Laboratory Science.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish scholarly articles in reputable national and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise undergraduate research projects, dissertations, and student field placements.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental administration, and academic counseling.
- Leverage information and communication technology (ICT) to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment methods.
- Engage in community service and institutional advancement initiatives on behalf of the university.
- Must possess a PhD degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a closely related relevant field from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of three (3) years of post-doctoral academic teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- A strong track record of scholarly publications in reputable national and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Demonstrated proficiency in ICT with the ability to utilize digital tools for academic delivery and research.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
