Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical workshops for undergraduate and postgraduate students in Industrial Technical Education.
- Design, update, and evaluate course curricula to align with current industry standards and NUC guidelines.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, dissertations, and industrial training placements.
- Conduct high-quality, impactful academic research and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals to contribute to institutional growth.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committee meetings and administrative duties.
- Mentor students academically and professionally, fostering an environment of innovation, critical thinking, and technical proficiency.
- Possession of a First Degree with a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognized institution, OR a Second-Class Lower Division paired with a PhD.
- Must hold a PhD or a Master's degree in Industrial Technical Education or a closely related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years of active teaching and research experience at the tertiary education level.
- Must have a proven track record of at least three (3) peer-reviewed academic publications in reputable journals.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and digital literacy skills relevant to modern academic delivery.
