Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Human Resources Management and related Management Science courses.
  • Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, dissertations, and theses.
  • Conduct high-quality academic research and publish findings in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
  • Participate in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committee meetings and administrative duties.
  • Engage in community service and institutional advancement initiatives aligned with the university goals.
  • Mentor and advise students on academic progression, career development, and professional ethics.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a PhD or a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of active teaching and research experience at a tertiary institution.
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) peer-reviewed publications in recognized academic journals.
  • Must possess a First Degree with a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division, or a Second-Class Lower Division combined with a PhD.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills with a commitment to academic integrity.
