Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and review curriculum materials to ensure alignment with current industry trends and academic standards.
  • Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, dissertations, and academic theses.
  • Conduct impactful, peer-reviewed research and publish findings in reputable local and international academic journals.
  • Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university committee meetings, as well as institutional events and accreditation exercises.
  • Provide academic advising and career mentorship to students to foster personal and professional development.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a PhD in Entrepreneurship Studies or a closely related relevant field from a recognized and accredited university.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for modern digital teaching and research.
  • Active membership in relevant professional bodies and associations.
  • Mandatory possession of a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) discharge certificate or official exemption certificate.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills suited for a dynamic academic environment.
