Greenland University, Jalingo, the first private university in Taraba State, Nigeria, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic professional to join our prestigious academic community as a Lecturer I in Entrepreneurship Studies within the Faculty of Science and Computing. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality lectures, seminars, and practical training in Entrepreneurship Studies to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Develop, update, and review curriculum materials to ensure alignment with current industry trends and academic standards.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, dissertations, and academic theses.
- Conduct impactful, peer-reviewed research and publish findings in reputable local and international academic journals.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university committee meetings, as well as institutional events and accreditation exercises.
- Provide academic advising and career mentorship to students to foster personal and professional development.
- Engage in community service and collaborative initiatives that enhance the visibility and reputation of Greenland University.
- Possession of a PhD in Entrepreneurship Studies or a closely related relevant field from a recognized and accredited university.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for modern digital teaching and research.
- Active membership in relevant professional bodies and associations.
- Mandatory possession of a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) discharge certificate or official exemption certificate.
