Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical training in entrepreneurship and management science to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
  • Develop and update course curricula in line with modern entrepreneurial trends, industry standards, and National Universities Commission (NUC) guidelines.
  • Conduct high-quality, peer-reviewed research and publish findings in reputable academic journals to advance the field of entrepreneurship.
  • Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, dissertations, and theses.
  • Provide academic advising and mentorship to students, guiding their career paths and enterprise development initiatives.
  • Participate in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees, administrative duties, and community service initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a PhD or a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship, Management Science, or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of teaching and research experience in a recognized tertiary institution.
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) peer-reviewed publications in reputable academic journals.
  • A strong academic foundation, including a First Degree with not below a Second-Class Upper Division, or a Second-Class Lower Division with a PhD.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire students and foster a culture of innovation and self-reliance.
