Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Human Physiology in accordance with NUC and university standards.
- Supervise undergraduate student research projects, academic assignments, and laboratory practicals.
- Conduct high-quality, impactful research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed local and international journals.
- Provide academic advising, career mentorship, and pastoral guidance to students within the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committee meetings, curriculum development, and administrative duties.
- Engage in community service and uphold the core values and institutional ethos of Margaret Lawrence University.
- Must possess an MBBS or BDS degree from a recognized and accredited institution.
- A relevant postgraduate academic qualification appropriate for the Lecturer I rank.
- Demonstrated teaching, research, clinical, and scholarly experience commensurate with the position.
- Strong portfolio of publications in reputable peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Current registration with the relevant professional regulatory body alongside a valid, up-to-date practising licence.
- Proven capacity for effective teaching, academic mentorship, and collaborative institutional service.
