Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for Grade 1 learners in alignment with modern educational standards.
- Establish a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity.
- Build strong foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking using interactive methodologies.
- Monitor and evaluate academic and developmental progress, providing targeted support.
- Maintain positive classroom routines, effective behavior management, and open communication with parents.
- Bachelor's Degree or NCE in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional elementary teaching experience.
- Strong grasp of foundational literacy, numeracy, and digital teaching tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and classroom management skills.
