In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping young minds, fostering a love for literature, and building a strong foundation in English language arts. Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic, engaging English lessons aligned with the primary curriculum.
- Teach critical language skills including reading, creative writing, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension.
- Monitor, assess, and record pupils academic progress, providing constructive feedback and extra support where needed.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Design and utilize age-appropriate learning materials, assignments, and educational aids.
- Collaborate with school management and maintain transparent, professional communication with parents regarding student development.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience in a primary school setting.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Science (BSc), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in English, Education, or a related field.
- Impeccable spoken and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in modern classroom management techniques and student engagement strategies.
