Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical training to undergraduate and postgraduate medical students in Haematology.
- Conduct high-quality research, publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals, and contribute to the university's academic reputation.
- Participate in clinical duties and departmental responsibilities at designated teaching hospital facilities.
- Mentor students academically and professionally, providing guidance on research projects and career pathways.
- Assist in curriculum development, review, and accreditation processes within the Faculty of Basic Clinical Sciences.
- Engage in departmental and university-wide administrative duties, committees, and community service initiatives.
- Possession of an MBBS or BDS as a first degree from a recognized institution.
- A relevant postgraduate qualification appropriate for the Lecturer I rank.
- Demonstrated teaching, research, clinical, and scholarly experience commensurate with the position.
- Evidence of strong academic publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Current registration with the relevant professional regulatory body alongside a valid practising licence.
- Proven capacity for effective teaching, student mentorship, and academic leadership.
