Wellspring University, a prestigious institution founded on sound Christian ethics and principles, is seeking a qualified and passionate academic professional to fill the role of Lecturer I in Cyber Security. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures and conduct practical training in Cyber Security and related Computing disciplines at the undergraduate level.
- Supervise undergraduate student research projects, dissertations, and academic progress.
- Engage in continuous academic research, contributing to peer-reviewed journals and relevant publications in the field of Cyber Security.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and university committee assignments.
- Provide mentorship and academic counselling to students in line with the institution's core moral and spiritual values.
- Must possess a PhD in Cyber Security or a closely related computing discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- At least three (3) years of cognate university teaching and research experience.
- Demonstrated evidence of ongoing research, relevant scholarly publications, and competence in student supervision.
- Must demonstrate high ICT proficiency with strong teaching, research, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Current professional registration and valid practicing licences in relevant computing bodies are an added advantage.
