About the Role
KolaDaisi University (KDU), Ibadan, invites applications from suitably qualified, dynamic, and experienced academics for the position of Lecturer I in the Department of Computer Science. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Computer Science and related courses.
- Supervise student research projects, practical laboratory sessions, and academic dissertations.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish scholarly articles in reputable national and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and university committee assignments.
- Mentor students and provide academic guidance to ensure holistic student development.
- Leverage modern ICT tools and blended learning platforms to enhance instructional delivery.
- Must possess a PhD Degree in Computer Science or a closely related relevant field from a recognized university.
- Requires a minimum of three (3) years of post-doctoral teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- Demonstrated record of scholarly publications in reputable national and international peer-reviewed journals.
- High proficiency in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) with demonstrable competence in digital teaching tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative teamwork skills.
