About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical training in Business Education courses to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
  • Develop, update, and review curriculum materials in line with National Universities Commission (NUC) standards and modern pedagogical trends.
  • Supervise undergraduate research projects, dissertations, and industrial training attachments.
  • Conduct high-level academic research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed national and international journals.
  • Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees, administrative duties, and community service initiatives.
  • Mentor and advise students on academic progress, career development, and professional ethics.
Qualifications
  • Possess a PhD or a Master's degree in Business Education or a closely related discipline.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of tertiary teaching and research experience.
  • A strong publication record with a minimum of three (3) peer-reviewed academic publications.
  • First-degree qualification must not be below a Second-Class Upper Division, OR a Second-Class Lower Division combined with a completed PhD.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in modern digital teaching tools and academic research methodologies.
