Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures and courses in Business Administration at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate student research projects, dissertations, and theses.
- Conduct high-quality, continuous research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental administration, and academic committee assignments.
- Mentor and advise students on academic progress, career paths, and moral development.
- Utilize modern ICT-driven teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Must possess a PhD in Business Administration or a closely related relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of three (3) years of cognate university teaching, research, and administrative experience.
- Demonstrated evidence of continuing academic research and relevant publications in scholarly journals.
- Proven competence in effective teaching, student supervision, and curriculum delivery.
- Proficiency in ICT and digital learning tools, with strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Current professional registration and valid practising licenses where applicable to the discipline.
