About the Role

We are currently expanding our Faculty of Social and Management Sciences and seeking a passionate, qualified professional to join our academic team as a Lecturer I in Business Administration. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the next generation of business leaders through rigorous instruction, mentorship, and groundbreaking research, contributing directly to our mission of producing globally competitive and locally relevant graduates within the Federal Capital Territory.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate lectures and tutorials in Business Administration and related management courses.
- Conduct high-impact scholarly research and publish findings in reputable, peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Supervise undergraduate student research projects, dissertations, and academic assignments.
- Develop innovative course materials, curricula, and comprehensive student assessment strategies.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees, meetings, and academic events.
- Foster strong industry partnerships to enhance student experiential learning and internship opportunities.
- Must possess a PhD in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated relevant teaching and research experience within a recognized tertiary institution.
- Strong portfolio of scholarly publications in reputable, peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Exceptional ability to teach, mentor, and supervise students effectively in diverse learning environments.
- Outstanding research, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing ICT tools and digital platforms for modern teaching and research.
- Must currently reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate promptly.
