  • Must hold a PhD or a Master's degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries Management, or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
  • Proven track record of academic excellence with a minimum of three (3) peer-reviewed publications in reputable journals.
