About the Role
Mewar International University (MIU) Nigeria, the first Indian university established on the African continent, is located in Masaka, Nasarawa State, along the Abuja corridor. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratory sessions in Anatomy to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Design, update, and evaluate course curricula in alignment with National Universities Commission (NUC) standards and institutional goals.
- Conduct high-impact academic research and publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, dissertations, and theses.
- Provide academic advising, mentorship, and career guidance to students to foster holistic development.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development committees, and university-wide academic events.
- Ph.D. in Anatomy or a closely related relevant discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Minimum of 5 scholarly publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- At least 3 years of progressive teaching and research experience in a recognized tertiary institution.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate modern pedagogical techniques and digital tools into medical education.
