Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical laboratory sessions in various undergraduate software engineering courses.
- Develop, update, and review curriculum materials to ensure alignment with current industry standards and global best practices.
- Supervise undergraduate student projects, research dissertations, and industrial training placements.
- Conduct high-quality research, publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals, and actively contribute to the academic reputation of the university.
- Participate in departmental meetings, university committees, and student academic advising and mentoring activities.
- Possess a Master's degree or a PhD in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching at the tertiary level or significant relevant industrial experience in software development.
- Strong publication record in academic journals is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages, software development methodologies, and instructional technologies.
