Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the Year 2 curriculum and developmental needs of young learners.
- Manage classroom behavior proactively to create a safe, orderly, and positive learning atmosphere.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress and personal development, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to plan school events, curriculum updates, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure the well-being and safety of all students while on school grounds.
- Possession of an NCE, B.Ed., or a relevant educational qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proven professional experience teaching at the primary school level, specifically within lower primary classes.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage young minds effectively.
