Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical laboratory sessions in undergraduate Computer Science courses.
- Develop and update course curricula, teaching materials, and assessment methods in line with academic standards.
- Supervise undergraduate student projects, research endeavors, and academic dissertations.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Provide academic advising, mentoring, and career guidance to students to support their personal and professional development.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, committee works, and university-wide accreditation processes.
- Collaborate with industry partners and colleagues to foster innovation, practical learning, and community engagement.
- Possess a Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline from a recognized university.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, research, or relevant professional practice within the academic or tech sector.
- Strong publication record in reputable journals is an added advantage.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in modern educational technology, learning management systems, and programming languages.
- Membership in relevant professional bodies will be an advantage.
