We are currently seeking a dynamic and qualified professional to join our academic faculty as a Lecturer Grade I in Physiology.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratory sessions in Physiology to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Develop and update course curricula, teaching materials, and assessment methods in line with global best practices.
- Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and academic field activities.
- Conduct high-impact research, publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals, and contribute to the university's academic reputation.
- Participate in departmental meetings, faculty committees, and university-wide academic events.
- Provide academic advising, mentorship, and career guidance to students.
- Possess a Ph.D. or Master's degree in Physiology or a closely related medical science discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Demonstrated relevant teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution, commensurate with the Lecturer Grade I level.
- A strong track record of academic publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
