Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratory sessions in Electrical and Electronic Engineering courses.
- Design, update, and evaluate curriculum content to ensure alignment with modern industry standards and academic excellence.
- Mentor and advise undergraduate students on academic performance, career paths, and research projects.
- Conduct high-impact research, publish findings in reputable journals, and contribute to the academic reputation of the university.
- Supervise student final-year projects and practical training programs.
- Participate in departmental meetings, committee works, and university-wide events aimed at institutional growth.
- Possess a Ph.D. or Master's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrate a strong background in teaching, research, and academic administration within a tertiary institution.
- Relevant professional certifications and active membership in recognized engineering bodies (such as COREN, NSE) will be a distinct advantage.
